Is housing assistance available or accepted?
Choctaw Housing Assistance & HUD are currently not accepted.
Are pets allowed?
Up to two pets are allowed per apartment. The pet rent fee is $25 per pet per month. $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Aggressive breeds are not permitted. Please see leasing office for more information.
Can I apply with a roommate?
Yes. At least one applicant must be a CNO associate.
What are the move-in fees?
$50 application fee per applicant. $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Two pet limit per apartment. $35 electric fee. $125 non-refundable administration fee.
How long are the lease agreements?
All lease agreements are for 12 months.
How much is the rent?
Estimated Timber View rent rates are as follows:
1 bedroom – $746 - 725 sq.ft.
2 Bedroom – $1046- 1,011 sq.ft.
